It wasn't until 1641 when it was declared an independent municipality and its first town hall was established. "La Paredita" sits on the edge of a steep slope, almost a cliff, embracing the municipality of "El Tanque" and framing the majesty of Mount Teide, which can be observed from any point of the property.
